2. Package Selection & Strategy (24 Hours) - Receive a customized Strategy Map and package options within 24 hours for your review.

3. Client Onboarding - Our Operations Officer will prepare you with the right tools and workflows before recruiting your VA.

4. Tailored VA Recruitment (1-2 Weeks) - We’ll screen candidates based on your specifications and provide a shortlist within 1-2 weeks.

5. Client Interviews (Optional but Encouraged) - Meet shortlisted VAs via video call to ensure the perfect fit.

6. Hiring & VA Onboarding - We handle all administrative tasks, and we onboard your selected VA to your team.

7. Start of VA Services - Your VA will begin immediately, with real-time support to ensure a smooth transition.

8. Ongoing Support - Enjoy regular check-ins and performance reviews, plus motivation programs to keep your VA engaged and aligned with your goals.

Can I outsource more than one VA?

Absolutely, you can hire as many Virtual Assistants as you need. There's no limit to the number of virtual team members you can bring on board. Many of our clients discover additional tasks to outsource over time, and we are quick to recruit the right talent for the job and build a team for you.

Where are your VAs based?

Our VAs are primarily based in the Philippines. We choose to work with VAs from the Philippines because:

Can your VAs work in different time zones?

In your free Discovery Call, we’ll need you to specify the work hours and timezone you expect your Virtual Assistant to cover.

These hours will set the standard for your VA’s schedule, and we’ll only present candidates who can align with your requirements.

Do your VAs work Full-Time or Part-Time?

Our VAs can work Full-Time, Part-Time or even on Project basis. A Full-Time Virtual Assistant works 40 hours per week, while a Part-Time Virtual Assistant works 20 hours per week.

Our Outsourcing Specialist can provide recommendations after your free initial consultation so we can help you decide which VA work engagement is best for you. We also offer project-based packages tailored to meet short-term or specific needs.

Is there a minimum commitment with my Virtual Assistant?

Yes, there is. After selecting your Virtual Assistant, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required. Similar to a probationary period in traditional workplaces, we’ve found that at least 3 months is necessary for proper onboarding and training to smoothly integrate the Virtual Assistant into your business.

If you're not satisfied with your Virtual Assistant during this period, we will work with you to find a better match based on your feedback.

Do they still work during holidays?

For public holidays in your country, it's entirely up to you whether or not to give your Virtual Assistant time off. Many clients typically allow their VAs to take leave during major holidays like Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

As for public holidays in your Virtual Assistant's home country, it's also your decision whether they can take those days off. Your VA will need to submit any requests for paid or unpaid leave in line with our leave policies.

How do you ensure the quality of your VAs?

We have a thorough vetting process that includes screening, skills assessment, and interviews to ensure that our VAs meet the highest standards. We also provide continuous support and training to help them stay updated with industry best practices.

How do you communicate with your VAs?

Communication with your VA is flexible and tailored to your needs. You can use tools like Slack, Zoom, email, or any other preferred platform to ensure smooth collaboration and project management.

Can your VAs be trusted with confidential business information?

When it comes to handling confidential business information, all our VAs are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. This ensures that they do not disclose or discuss any work-related information with anyone outside of their client and designated team.


We also recommend that you utilize Password Management Tools like LastPass to share login credentials safely to your VA, ensuring that sensitive accounts are well protected.
